No. Many families reach out while they are still in the middle of thinking things through. You can contact us individually, as a couple, or as a family group. We will explain what each service involves and let you decide together — or separately — whether it suits your situation.

Before the session, both partners agree on a written agenda so there are no surprises on the day. The session itself is a structured conversation held in a calm setting. Afterwards, a short written note is prepared summarising the points discussed and shared with both partners, so they can read it at home in a quieter moment.

That depends on how detailed the couple's situation is and how quickly both partners wish to review each draft. Typically, a first draft is ready within one to two weeks of the initial conversation. Each subsequent revision is timed by the couple's own availability, not by our schedule.

The fees listed — 5,500 THB for mediation, 9,800 THB for a cohabitation agreement, and 14,600 THB for estate pre-planning — cover the core work of each service. If a family's situation turns out to involve significantly more complexity, we will discuss that openly before any additional work begins.

Yes. Everything discussed — in sessions, in correspondence, and in document drafts — is treated as strictly confidential. Nothing is shared with any third party without the explicit and written agreement of everyone involved.

Yes. We regularly work with families where one or both partners are foreign nationals residing in Thailand. All services are provided in English, and we can advise on how Thai law applies to cross-border situations, though we will always be clear about the limits of our jurisdiction.
